For years I have been drawn to sketch wildlife.  In the early 90’s I purchased a set of dry pastels & immediately took to them.  They are an extension of my hands and thoughts.  Their vibrant pigments and immediate results are what caught my attention.  I have also painted commissions for clients whose pet has past away.  The rewards for me are seeing clients reactions when presented with an original pastel portrait of their beloved companion.

 

Your painting includes a soft gold wood frame with linen inlay.  I use Frametek framespacers so the painting does not touch the glass.  Standard size is one head and neck in a 9x12 frame.  Other sizes & second head options available.
